Scott Honda of West Chester would like to announce that the dealership has received the Honda President’s Award for 2013.
Achieving the President’s Award requires a commitment to excellence in customer service, sales, training and image.
There are 6 major criteria that a dealership must meet to achieve this honor:
- The dealership must be Profitable.
- Sales must achieve one of the following:
a) 100% of the dealerships new vehicle sales must be indexed to the zone and have a at least an average retail sales effectiveness (based on Honda’s standards)
OR
b) Achieve a YTD retail sales effectiveness of 30 or higher.
- Based on surveys, the dealership must achieve a minimum of YTD 97 with a minimum of 90% valid phone numbers submitted on the condition of the vehicles at the time of sales.
- Customer service must score at least a 91 based on customer surveys.
- The dealership must score average or above average on service retention.
- The dealership image must be approved based on Honda’s Image Evaluation Process.
